I have decorated for many years, but last year I lined a bedroom and emulsioned it- as the wife directed.
But now we have found how great Morris wallpaper is and have done five rooms including the stairs/landing.
Now as it cost a bomb I do not want a failure but cannot be bothered to take the lining paper of the bedroom that was done last year.
Would this be a mistake  Should I get the lot off before sticking more Morris on?
Thanks :)

You have a 70-30% chance of it not being successful and the painted lining paper bubbling underneath when you paper over it.

If it does that all new wallpaper in the bin

I wouldnt risk it personally.
