when you have taken numerous courses, sat and passed loads of exams, done a recognised apprenticeship why the hell do you have to be assessed again???? didn't they get it right the first time round? sure there has to be a way of keeping bodgers out but they don't have the qualifications and knowledge /experience of the tradesmen. For Pete's sake i had to endure a 5 year apprenticeship consisting of 5 years of learning that's more than some doctors had to train for! Do they have to be reassessed so often?
