An elderly neighbour of mine is tired of raking out weeds from the cracks in the concrete paths around her house. She also has weeds that grow between concrete slabs where the pointing has disintegrated. The cracks and gaps vary in size from very narrow to about an inch.
She does use 'pathclear' and weedkiller but says that these are just temporary solutions.
Is there any sort of dry compound that she could brush into the gaps and which would then set firmly to solver her problems? Or is there another easy way?
