Permission to remove under stairs loo

We've got a pretty small kitchen, which would be made immeasurably better if we could lose the toilet next door..then at least we could have the fridge/freezer in the kitchen.

Am I okay to just rip it out or do I need planning permission?

Just rip it out.... You only need permission if it's a listed building and the loo is of interest!

However, the removal of the wall needs to comply with building regs particulary if it is load bearing. This may also require listed building consent if your house is listed.
