I know peoples thoughts on these, but I am sure with careful placement they will be fine.

Question is, I have a full Texecon System.

I see they sell two type of Pet PIR

Prestige elite Pet or 3D Pet

The 3D one seems to say it has better optics for telling the difference between a person or a pet.

So question is what one is the better one?

Cheers,
Will

On paper the 3D.
I dont use these personally but I would consider the 3D.

Thank you, I was leaning the same way.

Been looking at other peoples experiences on the net. Always hard as I know people tend to post bad experiences.

Two more PIRs seem to get good reviews.

Bosch Blue Line Gen2 Pet Friendly PIR
RX40PT

It is only for one room, just in case the cat gets left in by mistake. Other rooms are normal PIR's and doors closed when leaving the house.
