wont start in a morning until you pump the fuel manually is there a fuel non return valve on the fuel line or in the tank please any one.

Sounds like it's letting air in somewhere between the tank and the diesel pump, fuel filters or connections are usually the culprits.Has the fuel filter been changed recently(could be a bad seal) ?

will check it out but the filter was changed a while ago cheers
