javascript:emoticon('')I have recently plumbed a house using PEX polypipe with compression fittings, I have always used copper and end feed couplers in the past being a bit of a belt and braces type, but decided to enter the 21st century. Problem is I couldn't quite go all the way and use push fit opting for good old compression fittings. have been having probs with them blowing the joints (usually in the middle of the night strangely!?) even though they are well tight. We have high mains pressure where I live(4.5bar+) so I fitted a PRV to 3.5Bar.
Am I the person who has had this problem.
Ps. I have used pipe inserts.
Any help would be great, thanks
