pilot flame can not remain

Hi there,

Anybody has experience to deal with a pilot flame remaining problem. My Volkera Excell 80SP combi boiler got the problem: when the knob fully released the pilot flame just went off whatever the ignition knob has been kept depressed for 20, 30 or 60 seconds. Is this a problem with thermocouple, thermister, thermostat, or any other part?

Any help are very welcome.
