Pilot won't stay lit???

My pilot went out, managed to get it on again as soon as i let go of the button it went straight out, it has now been thoroughly cleaned and lights ok, flame as it should be but as soon as the button is fully out it goes out again/ any ideas???? would really appriciate anyones help. thanks janine.

It is the Thermo-couple.

Its as Dead as a Dando
