Is it ok for a water pipe to cross over the top of a electrical cable ran in plastic chunking?

Thanks why would it being plastic chunking make a a difference to metal. For electical insulation. The pipe wouldn't be touching the plastic chunking it will just cross over it gap of at least an inch

Because plastic TRUNKING is an insulator whereas metal TRUNKING isn't so if the pipe or cable moved for any reason then the plastic TRUNKING would be an insulator between the cable and pipe.

Thanks and I have in the past seen cable tie wraped to pipes even gas pipes crazy. I was more worried about the pipe ever developing a leaking and dripping.on to the cable/ trunking. Guess this shouldnt be a concern though?
