Hi, took the good advice from my last post and have been to buy a showerforce pump ready for when I install my new thermostatic mixer shower.
I hope someone can help me with my question, my shower instruction manual for the shower says that the pipe runs for both hot and cold should be 22mm to reduce pressure loss, then put in reducers as close to the shower valve as possible to make the pipe 15mm as the shower will only accept this size pipe
The shower pump only accepts 15mm pipework too, so does this mean I have to got to the trouble of installing reducers just before the inlet of the pump to reduce it down to 15mm, just after the outlet of the pump to take it back up to 22mm then add another reducer just before the shower valve to take it back down to 15mm again!
Can I just make the whole run 15mm from start to finish, or would this give me problems????
