Trying not to over complicate here. I want to be alerted at night what pir has activated externally to my house. We could have intruders at any angle so wish to be informed via email or similar.

I do own one of those Samsung smart home detectors but i dont want it controlling my LED flood lights, i would rather on simple PIR switching, instead was thinking of having standard PIRS which in turn when activate switch 240 to floodlights and output via a simple relay which closes circuit to some smart interface.

Therefore i can then add a condition in Smart hub on activation of relay1 = PIR1 = activated = send alarm.

Simpler solution?

Gjd lighting controller with GJD elite pirs , wire the extra relay output to smart controller .....what ever you do is not going to be cheap ....or a waste of time if you do it cheap ....
