PIR on HSA3800 Yale alarm

One of the PIR's fitted to my HSA3800 Yale alarm keeps going off in the middle of the night for no apparent reason

Can anybody advise the best way to find out what the fault may be. There is nothing in the room that can move and it is not over a heater etc.

Any advise would be appreciated

Do it's batteries need changing? It can sometimes cause problems if the batteries in the PIRs get too low.
