Hi all,
This is my first post so please be gentle!
I have moved to a house with a sectional concrete garage or around 19ft by 9ft, which has a flat roof made from what looks like fiber based corrugated material. It is in ok condition but will prob need repairing in next year. I am considering, if it is possible, to replace flat roof with a pitched one, with a suitable light weight roofing material (I'm guessing tiles will be too heavy?).
Can anyone tell me if this is likely to be a feasible proposition, and factors I may need to consider in addition. I have also thought it would be useful to increase the height of vertical wall by around 8 inches on top of the concrete, would this be possible, using suitable frames, with triangulation in corners?
regards
Andy
