Hi all,
so, we've been plugging away on the house and are edging ever closer to our planned extension (I sadly had to go for replacing double glazing, some cladding and will have to do a new kitchen first! but once that's all done I can move onto extension)
Now, this is a bit of fun for a thread really so look away if you're expecting anything to be taken literally, just a bit of a melting pot for ideas and a "what would you do" kinda thing.
Ok, the new garage will be 9m x 5m.
Within this area I would like:
To VERY occasionally put 2 cars - I mean perhaps once a year when the house is full for xmas.
A pool table (7' x 4')
I have cabinets fitted in a corner, they will stay (kitchen cupboards around two corner walls)
Other than that it's an open space.
the main aim for the room will be a games room/Workshop.
How would you lay things out?

see this guy has the right idea, Bar, pool table, TV, Darts. That's what I'm after - the room next door will be a large reception room which is open to the kitchen and dinner so the garage is destined to be the fun area for as much cool stuff as possible.
