plastic to iron pipe

I have installed a new loo using plastic waste pipe but now need to couple the plastic pipe to the cast iron stench pipe. How do I do it?

i put a plastic into cast iron stand pipe by using a saddle epoxy resined onto the c.i. pipe
i cut the hole by perforating the wall with small holes and then knocking out the middle part...

I've got that in my house, it serves as a rodding point at the bottom of the vertical soil pipe. It seals up just fine using some good quality silicone. Perhaps I'm lucky.
