Please.. your advice DPM/concrete

Hi all,

currently having conservatory fitted

..... DPM has gone down with concrete on top. I'm a novice to building work but the DPM in two areas is lower than the house DPM and concrete has flowed over. To me this is an ideal opportunity for damp to creep in, am I right?
