Can I use 15mm pipe to run a bath, hot and cold. Also can i do the same for a separate shower as I have very good water pressure.

I have a combi boiler, can I take a spur from the hot water to run through a towel rail with a tap on one side going into the waste pipe as I want a hot towel rail in the autumn and spring

Well thats a novel idea U might be best advised to get an imersion element for your towel rail avilable in B&Q , home base ect than get a sparks in to wire it ?? maybe ?
