No, it is usually one feed in, and one out. You can trace them both, though, to see where they're going.

I work with a plasterer who put an axe through a live supply cable.

Damn near killed the stupid bas*ard.

(he still has the handle)

Because it was in his way, and he was sick of waiting for the DNO to turn up and move it. :rolleyes:
 
I've heard of a DNO jointer who put a spade through one!

(something to do with a cable to a street lamp that had a joint further downstream that was breaking down and spitting tar out!... apparenty there wasn't much left of the spade afterwards tho :eek: )
 
presumablly he decided that the risks from putting a spade through a cable were less than the risks of leaving a joint spitting tar everywhere.
