Hi all

I'm trying to do up my campervan, can anyone recommend a glue to use to stick polysterene onto aluminium, and then plywood ontop of the polysterene (ply/poly laminate)

The polysterene is about 1.8 inches thick and the ply about 1mm thick.

It's got to be strong enough for me to then screw lockers on and handle the occasional pot hole in the road!

Cheers lads!

You'll really want to make some sort of framework. I suspect the ply is 3 - 5 mm thick (not 1mm). The framework, behind the ply would have to be planned in such a way so when you fix lockers up, the locker will screw through the ply and into the framework. Polystyrene, can be cut and simply placed into the framework before the plywood skin is attached to the framework. ;) ;)
