We have an old house with cold, solid walls. In the bathroom, condensation quickly builds up in the window reveals. Would this insulating paper applied on the reveals help to reduce mould growth?

There are paints designed to resist mould and mildew such as permawhite.

Yes, it will,(although the Zinsser Permawhite is very good too), but in the end you have to sort out the ventilation in the bathroom. Install an industrial strength extractor fan and open the window after anyone has a bath or shower.

Good advice is given above.

In my experience, dealing with condensation on a local level simply moves the problem elsewhere in the house.

Improve ventilation and fit a humidity activated fan as suggested.
