My uncles Biasi combi boiler (standard efficiency) is now playing up. My uncle complains that the hot water takes too long to get hot.
I said:
1)The plate HE might be scaled up.
2)Faulty sensor?
The heating engineer said the system is probably sludged up and he will powerflush the system and clean the HE (he did not state which HE). I am quite sure there is no sludge as the radiators heat up fine and water is clear.
What is the most likely problem?
