As one of my previous post mentions this website. I used a program called hijack this and a few others and went into the registry of the computer and edited/deleted some files but please be aware, this must be done by someone who knows what they are doing....
The link above has a lot of stuff i know nothing about.. (These are just logs of what the the programs have made) and a member of staff at the forum got in touch and done a step by step process of what to do..
