Possible subsidence or maybe temp related?

I've just recently moved in to my late father's bungalow and have discovered the dwarf wall in the conservatory is progressively opening up In the corner. It's always been a issue but without a doubt has got much worse within the last few month's.
I fixed the guttering around it which had been leaking for years, Only drops but constant, I also noticed my neighbours gutter was blocked so cleared that out and discovered it was blocked in the ground and must of been for many years , water at the lowest point in both our gardens couldn't drain out.

I have a slight sloping garden towards the property ( 1foot in 10) and also large hedges Only 1.5 meters away from the foundations which are clearly suffering without any sunlight or break from the rain.

It appears a possible DIY underpin has been attempted using sh1t concrete and possibly a built In row of slabs to add support ( Backfalling though!). The slabs were doubled up and only course away from dpc, and after removal it's clear the foundations to this shoddy 1980s conservatory are poor.
Just to make things worse, after having a bit of a poke around, I found a rather deep rock soakaway 1 foot from the corner of my conservatory.
I have no heating inside and it's blown the brickwork from inside out, although there are no cracks eternally.
I realise I need a new conservatory but until I can afford it, or come up with a better plan what can I do?
The bottom bricks are wet so I'm hesitant to repoint and trap in the moisture.

The rocks go along deeper and have many voids between them but I don't want to disturb it to much until I have a plan
