Having been on and working all day the red light is now on (not flashing) and the heaters have gone cold. I have pushed the reset button but no joy - any ideas, in the past it has fired up when the reset button has been pushed?

Do a search for Suprima, sit back & enjoy reading the results........ should keep you busy for most of the night.

If its not firing up after reset it sounds like a knackered gas valve and is not as expensive as a PCB.

solid red just means 240v supply to boiler, its not locked out. you are not getting switched live to turn it on, so will probably be a fault system side,

although you have mentioned youve been haviing to reset, so you might have a problem with your pcb as well, although this isnt whats causing it not to work, just the intermitant lockouts...(red flashing)
