Potterton e50 only stays on for 2 mins

I have just replaced the PCB on my Potterton e50 so now it fires up. However, it only stays alite for 2 minutes before going off then re-ignites itself again. I have noticed that the boiler seems quite hit on the casing and wondered what I can do to fix this.

Any help would be great.
