Has anyone else ever bothered tracking their oil usage on their CH system ? We are in the midst of our first winter in our 1970 built house. I have a perfectly cube shaped fuel tank and it is therefore very easy to calculate usage. I only have the system on (thru programmer) for 3 1/2 hours per day and this equates to a £45 to £50 bill per month.
It is a 4 bed detached house, but I wouldnt have expected that much !
Over the recent cold spell I left the system on for 10 hours one day and discovered that it would cost me about £110 per month. Ouch !
