Hi,

I have a problem with my boiler, model as above.

Some mornings when I get up the radiators are cold, the boiler fan is blowing but the boiler hasn't fired up.

My understanding is the fan blows down a hose to the pressure switch, which then turns on the gas and the ignitor.

If I turn off the boiler at the isolator, remove the bottom cover and give the pressure switch a bit of a wiggle about, then turn back on at the isolator switch, the fan runs again, there is a click I'm assuming from the switch and then it fires up fine.

I've found the part number as 642220 for the switch.

Does anyone know if this sounds like the problem or is it likely to be anything else?
