my boilers been locking out,had a pcb last year(feb),before xmas had the fan changed and the overheat resistor and still is locking out.have noticed when turning off running hot water tap the pipes make a right noise.what can it be????

it goes off with just the heating on aswell
Regardless of the customer's reply its a classic description of a sticking DHW flow switch.
WE fix about 50% of those faults without spare parts within our standard diagnostic fee.
The other 50% need parts at up to £27 !
