some history with this fault.
combi locks out and heating begins to boil like a kettle. from doing a bit of Diagnosis myself, i have found out that the HOT wATER SIDE OF THINGS WORKS PERFECT BUT THE ch SIDE LOCKS OUT. IT EVEN LOCKS OUT IF THE ch IS ON AND FINE AND THEN YOU USE THE hot water. please help!

If you looked at a few postings you would see that this is usually caused by the HW demand switch staying on after HW usage has ceased!
