Potterton - Salus wiring

Hi, new to this forum thing..
looking for someone who can help me with marking up my diagram and showing me how to wire up correctly the following:
Potterton Performa 28 combi
Salus RT300Rf
RWB7 Programmer

Did you not have a wiring diagram in at least one of the appliances?

yes. the programmer says the terminals to use are 2&4 and the boiler info says to remove the link from 1&2 and connect the room stat circuit here.
i'm not sure of the wiring between these two items
i do know about connecting the mains i dont know about the roomstat circuit

Does the boiler say what voltage the room stat circuit runs at?

Remove the mains link from the Salus.
Boiler 1 - Salus N/O
Salus Com - Programmer 2
Programmer 4 - Boiler 2
L/N/E of each item connected to the mains supply.

Would have been far simpler to get a combined external stat/programmer, or fit the Potterton timer in the boiler and use a normal unpowered room stat.
