potterton suprima air lock

Please pls can anyone help i drained my system 4 days ago because putting in new towel style rad in bathroom and had to move pipes this was ok.
when i was done put a de sludge in and filled it back up bleed all rads no problem bleed air out near hot water tank again ok
Then started up system and my boiler went mental 8/10 big bangs/knocks and shut down can anyone pls tell me if i can bleed the air out on my suprima boiler anywhere else as im stuck as to what to do

Big bangs knocks will be lack of circulation. Check pump as corgiman says or check for air locks.

yes i have checked pump is running its new and thats my problem a AIRLOCK should i run the pump slowly and just keep bleeding it when it shuts down?
