Afternoon fellas

Anyone help with this

Above boiler not firing up
All Fault lights are off , indicating power supply failure.....
until I turn control knob to off then it flashes green, if I then turn knob to the normal setting it goes off for about 30 ish seconds and maybe flashes once every 25 ish seconds

It's as if it's ok but no call to burn. Thermostat downstairs does click when you turn down then up again , but still no fire up ???

Worst thing is I can't get hold of my plumber guy. Think he's on hols

Thanks in advance for any info

Sorry forgot to add it's a suprima 70

have you had any electrical work done recently ? was the boiler ok before ?

Nope, no electrical work and boiler has been ok for past 8 yrs..
thanks for reply

Is it really the original PCB after so long?

There are many faults which can occur in boilers!

Last week I had a faulty gas valve on a Suprima. I have forgotten just how long they take to change compared with most boilers!

As far as I remember yes. Had the odd pressure drop which I top up with the tap on pipe work but it's been good
Would pcb possibly be a cause of my problem then ??

Thanks

I would say a very strong suspect.

But like any boiler repair it needs properly checking to diagnose before replacing parts.
