Power Shower-no water

I have a power shower
1. only a small amount of water comes out of it
2.the pump does not come on and I have changed the fuse.
3.have also taken out the control valve and still no water.
4. I have also checked the water storage tank and it is fine.
Any help greatly appeciated.

If you disconnect the inlet hoses on your pump, does water come out of the pipes ?

Its not switched off at an isolator, is it ?

Was it always this way, or has it just stopped ?
