Im going to put in a power shower but it needs to have a hot and cold feed and my shower i have now has just a cold feed, is it ok just to tee off the hot from the bath and connect it up? or is that a bodge? Also its not a combi boiler i have a tank in the loft and a tank in the airing cupboard.

Definate bodge. The cold supply, did it feed an electric unit? if so is it mains pressure. The new unit ideally should have dedicated supplies from cold tank and hot cylinder. Check install instructions if you have any.
