Powermax 155 Service plan

Just wanted to know if any one knows of a powermax specialist in or around the Dereham/Norwich (Norfolk) area .As the one we did have a service plan with (D C Heating services Ltd) seems to have folded but not bothed to tell any of its customers who's direct debits are still going into DC's bank account,Can't contact them by phone or Email .Any help would be great.

i used to run Dereham Gas (before i moved out of dereham) and DC were my competition they were never very good at answering their phone!

not sure who else in the area touches these beasts other than poxi batterton themselves

You will probably have to go the Baxi/potterton Heat Team as the manufacturers service operation.

Be aware that independent gas engineers are not very fond of manufacturers who have their own service operation instead of letting the installer do future maintenance and servicing.

The only advantage independents have is that they can usually respond quicker than the manufacturers. We aim for same day attendance when we are called before 11 am for example.

Thanks for the quick replys yes they were sh-- at answering the phone but now the number is not even reconised so we think they must have gone under . We only found out because we tried to get them to come out and check something for us ,it seems loads of people on our estate signed up with them as Powermax Specialists are like rocking horse sh-- in the Dereham area.they must still be pulling a few quid a month with all the direct debits that they are still collecting every month.Do i need to go on the the baxi site to find out about the service plans?.

I never had any intention of going to do a job in Norwich although I would relish another visit to the Nazma Indian restaurant in Magdalen Street near the Cathedral.

Could stay with my friends/relatives there or even Kevin Hemson and Pat if they are still alive although my attempts to trace them have failed so far.

No point in working out of area unless someone has been seriously ripped off or they are the victims of total incompetance.

I am getting called by someone in Southampton with a ravenheat who sems to be having problems getting it fixed. But I was not very impressed with the Indian below Bar there.
