i have a small external patio wall that has been painted with some sort of oil-gloss paint what would be the best prep to allow the wall to accept ordinary masonry paint would some thing like bulls eye123 do it? thanking you all
You could give it a coat of undercoat or use a an oil based masonry paint like Dulux "all seasons", this is pliolite based (oilbased) which is a finish in itself or could then be over painted with masonry emulsion.
