Need to paint a wall which is partially painted, but showing patches of bare plaster where the previous paint has blistered or been pulled off with the wallpaper.
The rest of the paint is solid and shows no sign of pulling away, but I'm expecting it to start lifting if I slap on mistcoat and moisture gets underneath it (exactly what has happend on previous jobs like this!)
What's the best thing to do? Seal the bare plaster areas with something like Bullseye before getting out the filler to smooth it all off?
