Pressure balancing mixer

Hi

My old mixer shower barely got warm even when turned up to its absolute maximum. So... i changed it for a Mira Combiforce 415. Unfortunately, the problem of barely warm water is still there. My mains pressure is good and there is very hot water out of the rest of the taps in the house. My combi boiler is a Glow-worm 30ci.
Does anyone know the problem here and how to resolve it?

Did you read this in the MIs?

Layout and sizing of pipework must be such that when other services are used, pressures at the shower control inlets do not fall below the recommended minimum (1 bar). The pressure balancing performance is impaired below 1 bar.

Have you checked your supply pressure?
