pressure keeps dropping and shutting down boiler, no visible leaks, boiler cuts out at .6 bar, I fill to 1.5 bar, everything ok for a few hours, new pressure valve fitted, overflow still dischrges water.

help please

either ya exspansion vessel is flat or the braided hose to it is blocked!

If the new safety valve is discharging water the pressure must be rising to 3 Bar when the heating is on. Problem could be a flat expansion vessel but these boilers have a very narrow bore expansion vessel hose...this could be blocked.

Another possibility is that the system is too big for the built in exp vessel and needs an additional one fitted to take up the expansion volume.
