Bleed a radiator to reduce the pressure but if it rises again you have a bit more work to do.

the first thing to check is has the filling loop been left open/partially open?

Can you not call the person who fitted the part back and get them to sort it?

as said before, check the filling loop is not left open. better if you disconnect the braided hose like its supposed to be.

if that doesnt do it, turn the cold water supply off to it and see if it drops them. if it does you need a new plate heat exchanger.

do it sooner rather than later.
