pressurised combi system with BAXI 105e boiler (6 years old)
3 double skin 2 single skin radiators + towel rail, all can be isolated.
Noticed recently increase in pressure which doesn't drop off when system is cold, bled water is brown but not sludgy no air locks found, feed loop does not appear to be leaking
anyone seen this problem before?
