Hi
I have ideal classic 60 boiler in loft installed in 1996 (its been fine till now)

after 40 mins or so the presure in the system reaches its max 3 bar .it should be running at 1.5bar
when the system is not on and cools down , the presure then drops away and there is not enough presure in the system for the pump to restart.

would I be right in thinking this could be due to a problem with the presure vessel ?

I have bled all the rads ,there was a little air in one but the rest were fine and I have replaced the presure release valve.

there is no info on boiler, model number ect. so getting replacement presure vessel has been a problem, please help
