Hi,
Do you normally do all your printing through the Kodak software? Do you have any other photo editing applications? What I sometimes do through Photoshop Elements is manually setup my prints. Inside Photoshop, you have presets for different photo sizes, but it's easy enough to input the dimensions in a new document and print from that.
Not sure if you have any software that will let you do that. You could maybe use GIMP which is a freeware photo editing app that would most likely do that for you...?

GIMP is very good but very hard to use alternatively you could use GIMPPhoto: http://www.gimphoto.com/ which is gimp with a photoshop look to make it easier to use.
You could try Paint.NET http://www.getpaint.net/ which is far easier to use though not a powerful as gimp.
