Problem with newly fitted diaphragm...

update....i've drained the boiler, had the diaphragm out and thried the best i could to clean the inlet, and also had the pump off and given it a bit of a clean. Still not working.
So until i can get an engineer out (i'm at a loss as what to do next), ive wrapped a tiny bit of insulation tape around the end of the diaphragm spindle giving it that extra bit of length to make on the switch. The hot water and CH works absolutely fine if i do this.
