Problem with Pump and shower hot water

Hello, Ive just recently installed a thermostatic shower and pump(in airing cupboard next to cylinder )
Cold feed - from cistern
Hot from cylinder . surrey flange

My problem is when running the shower i get no hot water.
Yet if i take the shower body off and and let run through just the pipes the water is toasty.

Ive checked shower... no blockage, checked temp over ride no problem.

Can anyone assist please

check the filters are clear, do you have the hot on the left and cold on the right?

Ok problem sorted.

Manufacture fault on shower connector, small weld swalf not removed.
Replacement fitted and works like a trooper.
