I have a Vizo Heatline boiler. It was installed before I moved into the property. I've had some problems with it such as when I run a hote water tap the boiler doesn't come on. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
For a month now I've just unplugged it at the socket and left it. But now I recently plugged it back in. Ran a hote water tap, but nothing. The little green light is permanently on, which means it is on "standby" and I can't get it to go on winter or summer mode. That green light is permanently on.
I unplugged again, left it for five minutes. I plugged in again and still the green light is permanently on. Then I left the plug in, set it on "0" for 10 minutes, and then set the swicth to "winter mode".
Ran a hot water tap and still nothing. Green light permanently on standby.
Any ideas what the problem could be?
