the pump don't stop spinning when CH on it stops when HW is in use in the CH mode the boiler fire up & last for 20 seconds the green light flash & motor is still spinning after a minute boiler fire back up 20 seconds on 1minute off.
when useing DHW boiler fire's up stay's on till hot water tap is turnned off & drueing that time the motor is not spinning.
there is no thermostatic rad valves fitted
would the DHW flow switch affect the CH ???

only if it was stuck in the dhw "on" position but that would stop the pump so as you say the pump is spinning we can discount that. I'm not aware of any filter on the return of the option either unless fitted seperately by the installer.

just a quick reply to say thank's for everyone's help & have now sorted the problem out with central heating was due to a blockage in the heat exchanger wich was sorted by doing a power flush now all working ok so thank's for all your help on this & maybe this might help other's with same problem
