Problems with pressure triton cara 9.5kW electric shower

I have a triton cara 9.5kW electric shower newly installed. The pressure of the hot water is low, but when it is running on cold setting the pressure is perfectly fine (high).

Can anyone tell me if it is the shower which is not working as it should do, or my line pressure is not sufficient enough to maintain the desired pressure for hot water.

You really need to ask the installer, sorry but we would need a crystal ball to answer that one.
