Our Honeywell remote digital programmer with "built-in " thermostat has worked fine for 2 years. Temp is set at approx 20 degrees but temp has recently started rising above this. It reached 23 deg last night and showed the boiler icon "off", yet the rads were red hot downstairs though "off" upstairs. Only way we could cool the rads down was by switching each one off individually (they have thermostatic valves fitted). The boiler (which is housed in an outside boiler room) appears to be off even when the temp contiues to rise. Very strange...
